The terms in short...

  • All purchases (increases) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If you cheat, your account will be suspended without prior notice.
  • Multiple accounts will be suspended without prior notice.
  • If you slander at or threat other players, you will be suspended.
  • If you get banned by facebook, you will have to deal with it.
  • We reserve the full right to take down the service for as long as needed.
  • Your participation in this game doesn't include a warranty.
  • Airline Manager 2 will be closed for 30 to 60 minutes every second day for maintenance purposes.
  • Airline Manager 2 doesn't guarantee anything to you.


Terms Of Service
This agreement is made and entered between the facebook application, Airline Manager 2 (hereafter referred to as "AM2") and the facebook user, who wishes to use it as an independent facebook application. This agreement automatically applies as long as you, the facebook user use AM2.
Now, therefore, in consideration of the foregoing premises and the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. Service Description
AM2 is an online entertainment game based on facebook developer platform. It's main purpose is to fulfil the need aviation enthusiasts may have, to create and maintain a virtual airline company within AM2. While this service is free, certain bonuses can be obtained for a small fee (see condition #4). However a fee is not necessary in order to play AM2 in normal conditions.

2. Conditions
The use of the facebook application and this Agreement constitute a binding contract between AM2 and the facebook user and does not extend to any other person or entity. The facebook user may lend to third parties access to this facebook application but is responsible for third party activities and content, and is bound by the terms under this Agreement.

3. Warranties
With respect to the service to be provided herein, the facebook user acknowledges that AM2 makes absolutely no warranties whatsoever expressed or implied. As a result, the facebook user agrees that AM2 shall not be liable to the facebook user for any claims or damages which may be suffered by the AM2, including, but not limited to, losses or damages resulting from the loss of data as the result of delays, non-deliveries, or service interruptions.

4. Fees
AM2 offer specific services for a small fee. However these paid services are completely optional and in case the facebook user chooses not to obtain any of them, his experience with AM2 will not get affected. The facebook user is held responsible in using these services and AM2 doesn't take responsibility of any loss the facebook user might have caused in his own risk. All purchases made are final, non-refundable and non-transferable and even if AM2 discontinues providing the service. If an error occurs during purchase, please contact payment@xombat.dk, and we will make sure that you receive the amount paid.

5. Denial of Service - Server Uptime
AM2 reserves the full right to disable parts of the service or close it completely at any time, for as much time is needed and without prior warning due to maintenance, server adjustment or server transfer. AM2 doesn't take responsibility for any data loss or damages caused before, during and after these times. AM2 reserves the right to suspend any facebook user from having access to the service and for any reason.

6. Information
The utilization of any data or information received by the facebook user from the utilization of the service to be provided by AM2 is at the facebook's user sole and absolute risk. AM2 specifically disclaims and denies any responsibility for the completeness, accuracy or quality of information obtained through the services to be provided hereby.

7. Content Restrictions
Pornography and sex-related content, Swearing, Threats, Bullying, Racism, Sexism and Bigotry on the boards are prohibited on AM2 service. AM2 will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision. If pornography is found on our service, the offending account will be deleted immediately without warning.

8. Changes in Terms of Service
AM2 reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. AM2 will communicate changes to this Agreement to facebook application within thirty (30) days of change, advising of the change and the effective date thereof. Utilization of the service by the facebook user following the effective date of such change shall constitute acceptance by the Customer of such change(s).

8. Cheating
By using automated scripts, or similar to perform tasks on Airline Manager, you automaticly disagree with our TOS. We use many recourses to identify users who are either cheating or using automation.
Users who use these will be suspended and cannot be unsuspended again

10. Contact & support
By contacting AM2 via the support link, you should be aware that we very rarely have the opportunity to respond. So we ask you to browse through our FAQ section, and our forum before sending us a mail.

If you choose anyway to contact AM2 we ask that you please elaborate your mail as much as possible. Write the mail as if you do not expect to get a resond on it. That way you'll help us best possible. Also, we ask that you contact our AM2 Assistance, which can answer most questions, and redirected relevant issues to developer team. AM2 Assistance can be reached on the board.

11. Logos
We cannot be held responsible for copyright infrigment due to the user logos, in any way. All logos uploaded to AM2 will go through an approval process to rule out pornographic content etc. We are not able to determine if any copyright restrictions have been exceeded in any way. It is the sole responsibility of the user to determine if the logo is not violating any copyright restrictions. As none of the logos are placed on AM2 it it therefore not our responsibility to take this into concideration. Users merely provide a link to their airline logo.

12. Entire Agreement & Understanding
This instrument and AM2 constitute the entire agreement between the parties, and represent the complete and entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.
